Water Treatment

You are here: Home / Services / Water Treatment

Most people know that the human body is made up of more than 70% water. Many people even know drinking plenty of clean water, and being hygienic, are essential for good health. However, if you’ve never even thought about the potential dangers lurking within your own tap water, you’re not really doing everything you can to protect yourself or your family. Think about it. Water in its purest form is nothing more than H2O, but without a water treatment system purifying the water entering your home you’re subjecting your family to excess amounts of fluoride, chlorine, parasites, dioxins, and other potentially harmful contaminants. With a proper water treatment system, on the other hand, you can enjoy fresh, clean, healthful water that’s good for you inside and out!

Water Softeners

If your biggest problem is “hard water,” meaning water that has high concentrations of harsh minerals, like magnesium and calcium, a water softener could very well save your home. While hard water may not be particularly harmful for your health, it can be both damaging and downright unsightly around your property. At best, hard water can cause water spots and mineral formations, significantly impair lather and rinse-ability of all soaps and detergents, as well as fade clothing and make your skin itch. At its worst, hard water can destroy your water fixtures, appliances, and plumbing, causing blockages and pressure build up. Water softening treatment systems, however, utilize negatively charged “resin beads” to attract and effectively trap the positively charged minerals in a process known as ion exchange, allowing the cleaner, mineral free water to flow freely through!

We sell the WS1 Softener in the three sizes: 48K, 56K, and 64K.

This sophisticated system is easily programmed to match your family’s water needs.Five-cycle regeneration maximizes the system’s efficiency. Demand-initiated regeneration saves you money on salt and water because the softener only regenerates when needed, based on your family’s actual water usage. Plus, with inter-nal by-pass, you’ll always have continuous water during the backwash and regeneration cycles. External by-pass valve is also included for ease of service. Our digital display makes programming simple. And there’s no need to worry about power outages because the electron-ic system maintains your program settings.

The Ultima Water Softener: easy and versatile.
  • The 1” flow-through valve meets NSF/ANSI 44 requirements. It’s ideal for larger homes because it supplies more water with less pressure drop.
  • The system’s composite material is durable and corrosion-resistant.•Cycles are fully adjustable so setting are customized for your needs.
  • Designed with a minimum number of moving parts means easy maintenance.
  • The sturdy polyethylene brine tank Holds up to 250 lbs. of salt. And the reliable brine safety valve incorporates built-in safe-guards that prevent brine tank overflow.
  • Highly efficient resin is designed to be long-lasting.
  • Resin tank is NSF-certified and made from non-corrosive, rein-forced fiberglass.

Reverse Osmosis Systems

Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems have been used in “domestic, industrial, and medical applications” for nearly 50 years – and have even been vital in the desalination of seawater! They are powerful filters that remove potentially dangerous contaminants of all sorts by using extreme pressure to force water through specially designed “membranes” that simply filter out all the harmful additives trying to catch a ride through your pipes. Typically, the systems are designed with sediment pre-filters that remove larger initial pollutants, followed by carbon pre-filters that absorb smaller particulates and chlorine as well as undesirable tastes and smells. Next, water flows through semi-permeable membranes that “remove up to 98% of total dissolved solids (TDS) down to 0.001 microns” before finally entering a storage tank, where it sits until it is filtered once again through a carbon post-filter prior to use – creating the cleanest possible water you’ve likely ever tasted!

We carry 3 different Ultima Reverse Osmosis systems:
